Joni&Friends Training for anyone who works in Reflectors, Kids Ministry, Teachers, for buddies or just anyone who wants to hear from Kerri Ann Hayes about how to be a Luke 14 friend. Learn how to reach those who are isolated, forgotten and rejected because of their disabilities. This training will be in the Kids Building Town Center from 12:20PM - 2:00PM and will include a boxed lunch. Children may join you for lunch and then we will have a movie for them to enjoy while you do the training. We need all attendees to be registered so that we are prepared to serve you. All qualified people who complete the training will receive a Foster Parent Licensure through One More Child. Note that meetings on May 29th, June 5th, and June 12th will be via zoom. Memorial Day Weekend Remembrance Service will be held on Sunday, May 26th at 2:00 p.m. in the Worship Center.* A special luncheon for veterans (both active duty and retired) and their immediate families will be held prior to the service at 12:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Center. To attend the luncheon, registration is required. The 2:00 p.m. service is open to everyone and is a great way to help teach your children about honor and sacrifice. *Note: this event is on a new date and time.

IR Kid's VBS 2024 The Great Jungle Journey GIVE KIDS ANSWERS TO THEIR QUESTIONS Every day, our kids are bombarded with questions: Did God really create everything? Why do bad things happen? Was Noah’s ark real? Why do I need to be saved? Can I trust the Bible? At this VBS, your kids will explore the biblical answers to these questions as they set off on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation. Amid sloths, butterflies, river dolphins, and dart frogs, your children will sail along on a fun jungle cruise, stopping at seven ports of call. These ports are the 7 C’s of History: Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross, and Consummation. Kids will discover how these events shape our world, and they will learn to reconnect the Bible to their everyday life. Prepare to swing into fun as we head out on The Great Jungle Journey! Monday, July 8 - Thursday, July 11 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM with day 5 on Sunday, July 14th during our Sunday Kid's Service.
